Terms of Use

•     All principles and procedures of Designiya are subject to applicable laws and regulations, including electronic commerce laws and consumer protection laws.
•     Any user who intends to use Designiya services is required to comply with the rules and regulations set forth on this page. Use of Designiya services means full awareness and acceptance of the terms and conditions. In case of non-compliance with any of the rules, Designiya has the right to limit or stop providing services to the user.
•     Unauthorized access to protected computer systems is a crime. If any attempt to access the source code of Designiya algorithms on any platform (including desktop software, website, etc.) is observed, Designiya will take legal steps to prove the crime.
•     All materials available to users, including text, images, logos, icons, technical specifications, etc., designed and produced by the Designiya team, are considered property of Designiya and the right to use and publish them is exclusive to Designiya.
•     Each user account in Designiya is specific to one individual, and users do not have the right to transfer their user account to another person.
•     Users cannot act as intermediaries in using Designiya. Also, any system that provides Designiya services and services under another shell to a third party will be blocked.
•     All purchases in Designiya are made in cash and final, and there is no possibility of transaction return.
•     If the user's payment in Designiya is unsuccessful, but the amount has been deducted from the user's account, the paid amount will be returned to the user's account within 72 hours. If the refund is not made after 72 hours from payment, the user must send accurate payment information to Designiya so that the necessary follow-ups can be made.
•     Designiya may update the prices of its products at any time. These price changes will not apply to services that users have previously purchased, and these services will be usable until the end of their validity period. Users must pay attention to the validity period of each service when purchasing.
•     Users must pay attention to the permitted uses stated when using each product.
•     Designiya does not keep the results of algorithm execution on its servers. Therefore, the user must immediately save the output on their personal device after executing the algorithms. If not saved, to access the algorithm outputs, the user must run the algorithm again and pay its cost.
•     In cases of force majeure, including internet outages or disruptions, or any unforeseen, unavoidable, and uncontrollable incidents that make service provision impossible, Designiya will not be held responsible.
•     Any changes to the rules and conditions for using Designiya services will be made public through this page. Designiya has the right to update and change the rules in whole or in part. Use of Designiya services after changes are made means acceptance of all changes.
